The house started as a 2,231 sq. ft. 1 story, with 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. The remodel was done for repeat clients that are getting ready to become empty nesters. Every room was touched in this house. The kitchen was totally remodeled and the flow was altered to perform like a true galley kitchen. The master bathroom was rearranged and designed with a spa feel. With all of the new finishes and paint colors, the home now has a cohesive modern feel that the owners will enjoy for years to come or at least until we do the next one for them.
