The 2,060 sq. ft. house is a 1 story, 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, that started with an unusual floorplan. The goal was to create a more unified space for a couple that loves to cook and entertain. Every room was touched in this house. The kitchen was enlarged and centered in the home. Both bathrooms were totally remodeled, opening them up and raising the low ceilings. The exterior that had a dated late 1960’s look was updated to have an Asian flavor. Although the home was not truly historic, we feel that the changes made help it fit into its surrounding a little bit better.
